Learn how to manage your Slicker account
Account Creation
To create an account, please get in touch with us. Our team will collaborate with you to understand your specific requirements and set up your account accordingly.
For details on how we handle your data securely, refer to the security section. Each client’s data is stored in separate, dedicated storage for enhanced privacy and compliance.
Managing Users
Easily add or remove users and manage their access levels:
- Owner Access: Grant users permissions to manage the organization.
- Viewer Access: Limit users to viewing the organization without management rights.
You can also configure global settings for user access:
- Restrict access to users with specific email domains.
- Allow users with non-matching email domains to join the organization.
Managing User Authentication
Ensure secure access to your account by managing authentication settings:
- Change Passwords: Update your login credentials regularly.
- Enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA): Add an extra layer of security to your account.
Accessing Slicker
Log in to the platform using one of the following methods:
- Username and Password: Use the credentials you set during account creation.
- Magic Link: Click the magic link sent to your registered email address. Emails will be sent from
