Prerequisites

Slicker integrates with Worldpay via Worldpay’s Access API. Credentials for this API are only created by Worldpay’s implementation managers.

Create credentials

Request credentials from your Worldpay Implementation Manager for the Payment Queries Access API. They will provide you with a username and password which you can use to create a Slicker integration.

Create integration in Slicker

1. Go to the Slicker’s new integration page.
2. Select Worldpay from the list of integrations.
3. Give the integration a name and description to help you identify it later.
4. Enter the username and password given to you by Worldpay’s Implementation Manager.
5. Click the Submit button to create the integration.

Troubleshooting

On integration creation, Slicker will attempt to connect to Worldpay using the provided API key. If the connection fails, you will see an error message like the one below. Please double-check the API key, make sure it has the correct permissions, and try again.
